Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Due to the nature of our product (including spiritual oils and related goods), we do not accept returns in most cases. This helps protect product integrity, safety, and quality.

Returns

Returns are not accepted for most items.

Replacements for damaged or incorrect orders

We will make it right if:

  • Your order arrive damaged in transit, or

  • You receive the wrong item due to our error.

To request help:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and photos of the item(s) and packaging (and a packing slip photo if included).

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or another reasonable resolution if the exact item is unavailable.

Wrong item received (return of the incorrect item)

If we sent the wrong item, we may require the incorrect item to be returned before the replacement is finalized.

  • We will provide clear return instructions once we confirm the issue.

Wrong item received (return of the incorrect item)

If we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of what you received (and the packaging/packing slip if included). Once verified:

  • We will send the correct item, and

  • We will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Please ship the incorrect item back using the provided label within 7 days of receiving the return instructions. Items must be returned in original condition.

If the incorrect item is not returned within that timeframe, we may pause or cancel replacement/refund resolution until the return is received.

If the incorrect item cannot be returned (for example, due to damage in transit), we will provide alternative instructions.

We will provide clear return instructions once we confirm the issue.
