Personal Journey
I began my spiritual path in the heartland of Nebraska, rooted in the Catholic tradition. While Catholicism remains my foundation, my practice has evolved to embrace a wider spectrum of spiritual and folk traditions. This expansion was nurtured through years of independent study, trusted mentors in Omaha’s spiritual community and the wisdom generously shared by teachers I’ve encountered both across the U.S. and internationally. Whether through in-person learning or long distance classes, each teacher and exchange has deepened my understanding and enriched the work I now offer.
My Method
Each session begins with a simple centering practice to create a focused, grounded space. From there, we work toether to explore the heart of your question–because how we ask shapes what we discover.
