Shipping Policies

Shipping Regions

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time

Processing time means the time it takes us to prepare your order before it ships (it does not include carrier transit time).

  • Ready to ship items (most oils, herbs, roots, and stocked products): typically 3–5 business days, sometimes up to seven business days, depending on order volume, and whether an item needs to be freshly prepared.

  • Custom items: allow up to 14 business days (we often finish sooner, but we reserve this window due to the nature of custom work) parentheses.

  • Digital downloads: delivery is intended to be instant once set up in our store.

Business days do not include weekends or postal holidays.

Carrier & Tracking

  • We ship primarily via USPS.

  • Tracking is provided for all physical shipments.

PO Boxes

We can ship to PO Boxes using USPS

Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, entered at checkout, the customers responsible for any reshipping cost.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the items, the damage, and the packaging (inside and outside).

  • Once verified, we will rearrange a replacement for the damaged item(s).

If the original item is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement or another reasonable ressolution.​

Delayed / Missing Packages

If your package appears delayed, please check tracking first—carrier delays can happen.

  • You must contact us first if your package has not arrive. We do not have a way to proactively monitor every shipment after it leaves our hands.

  • If a package has not been received and 14 days have passed since the ship date, and tracking shows the package is delayed or has not moved in a meaningful way, we will work with you on a replacement shipment.

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, we may ask you to verify the delivery location, check with household members/management, and/or contact your local post office before we replace the order.
