Shipping Regions

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time

Processing time means the time it takes us to prepare your order before it ships (it does not include carrier transit time).

  • Ready to ship items (most oils, herbs, roots, and stocked products): typically 3–5 business days, sometimes up to seven business days, depending on order volume, and whether an item needs to be freshly prepared.

  • Custom items: allow up to 14 business days (we often finish sooner, but we reserve this window due to the nature of custom work) parentheses.

  • Digital downloads: delivery is intended to be instant once set up in our store.

Business days do not include weekends or postal holidays.

Shipping Methods & Carrier

  • We ship primarily via USPS.

  • Tracking is provided for all physical shipments.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping cost are shown at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, entered at checkout, the customers responsible for any reshipping cost.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us withing 7 day of delivery.

  • Include photos of the item(s), the damage, and the packaging (inside and outside).

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the damaged item(s).

If the original item(s) is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement or another reasonable resolution.
