Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for Online Sessions By booking a session with Papa Newt, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Scope of Services You are engaging Papa Newt to provide spiritual consultation services, including but not limited to provide divination services (e.g., readings using cards, bones, pendulum, and other intuitive methods), conducted via phone or Zoom. Payment and Scheduling Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the session. All appointments must be scheduled through the official booking system, which operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Emergency or same-day appointments are not available due to the Papa Newt’s full schedule. Clients are encouraged to book sessions in advance to secure their desired time slot. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. In case of technical difficulties (e.g., connection issues), please contact Papa Newt immediately to reschedule. Refund Policy No refunds are provided for completed sessions or for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session. If Papa Newt is unable to deliver the session as scheduled, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
